Booking.com and the hotel apparently don't communicate because it was the wrong room configuration. We get in at 1 am dead tired, ready to sleep and go to work the next morning; then I discover the (2) twin bed room I paid $143 for wasn't there. Your site and Holiday Inn got the wrong room with a single bed instead of 2 twin beds. Not only that, but the hotel refused to switch the room despite the correct configuration being available. Absolutely unbelievable. How hard is it to just switch the room and make it right? I even offered to pay the $9 difference. Instead the attendant just shrugged their shoulders and went outside for another cigarette. I can't call the booking.com line at this hour, and the hotel was of ZERO help. They acted slightly confused about the room type when I arrived despite it being paid for and booked (or so I thought). I'm beyond disappointed and quite frankly I feel my money should be refunded due to not receiving what I paid my hard earned money for. This entire experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth for booking.com in terms of services rendered. The same sentiment is true of Holiday Inn.
